GitHub has suspended my account for no reason

Today I received this Email from GitHub:

“Hi —

Thank you for submitting an appeal regarding the trade restrictions placed on your GitHub account. We are not able to reactivate full service on your account due to current legal requirements, and have suspended your account. We want you to know that we remain committed to providing users around the world with access to our services to the greatest extent allowed under applicable law. If you relocate or circumstances change in the future, you may submit another appeal at that time.

GitHub Staff”

Then I tried to login to my GitHub account: https://github.com/aliforever, and it redirected me to https://github.com/suspended !

GitHub has changed since its acquisition by Microsoft, and this is what many developers did predict to happen.

Their first step was to restrict some features for Iranians to comply to unknown and unclear US laws (that differ from service to service, Gitlab only restrict Iranian IPs) and the second one now is to suspend Iranian accounts.

I created my GitHub account to help other developers, even open sourced 7 projects of mine:

gista, Instagram Private API Library for Golang

gomondel, Golang MongoDB Model Generator with CRUD

gotelbot, Golang Telegram Bot Framework

go-irankish, Iran Kish (Iranian Bank) Payment Gateway API for Golang

go-pasargad, Pasargad (Iranian Bank) Payment Gateway API For Golang

Now my account is suspended because of an unknown unwritten law, and I can’t even login to the account to remove my repositories.

GitHub says:

“We want you to know that we remain committed to providing users around the world with access to our services to the greatest extent allowed under applicable law. If you relocate or circumstances change in the future, you may submit another appeal at that time.”

According to their description, some law says Iranians don’t have the right to use the services the whole world is using. A law that is written nowhere, but is applied because a racist company have that power.

All American authorities say they support Iranians against their cruel government, but they have proved they are even more cruel than the government.

I DON’T WANT YOU TO SUPPORT ME AGAINST MY GOVERNMENT WITH YOUR LIES,

I WANT YOU TO SUPPORT ME AGAINST THE DIRTY RACISM, “YOUR OWN COMPANIES” ARE SPREADING AGAINST MY IRANIAN RACE.

Update [2019–11–26]:

Sent an email to support@github.com:

“Hi, I got an email saying my account was suspended because I asked GitHub to remove restrictions on my account.

This is very weird.

https://github.com/aliforever

What are the steps to reactivate the account?”

Update [2019–11–28]:

Received a GitHub Customer Experience email asking me to fill out how was my experience with the support.

LOL!

They have closed my ticket and asked me to fill out the survey without even responding to my support request.

I have created a conversation in GitHub community with another account:
